Telecare Ministry

The mission of the telecare ministry is to show the care and concern for the Pinewood community for one another by contacting by phone at least bimonthly, praying with the family, and providing the pastors with updates on any needs or illness.

Approach: A bank of callers meet weekly for prayer and outreach to the congregation. They break up individually and call an assigned list of members for that night. They pray with each one contacted and send a post card to those not reached. Sheets are provided to the pastors with any concerns.
