Nursery is available for our youngest children during all of our regular worship and Sunday School times. Children two years and under are grouped according to age and developmental level and are taught age-appropriate Bible lessons in a safe and cheerful atmosphere. In Truth Trackers, our PreK and Kindergarten kids learn the truth of God’s stories through a variety of activities designed to apply the Bible to their daily lives in an upbeat, interactive environment.
We encourage families to worship together, and we create a special Children’s Bulletin each week to help elementary age children understand the parts of worship along with the weekly scripture lesson. However, for parents who feel their child is not ready for corporate worship, we offer Children’s Church. Designed to ease the transition into corporate worship, children in First through Third Grade begin in “Big Church” and then may dismiss just prior to the scripture lesson for a special time of prayer, singing and teaching.
Truth Trackers and Children's Church are held during our first worship service, which begins at 9:15am. Older children and teens participate fully in worship and have their own age-appropriate teaching and discipleship groups in our Sunday School programming. Sunday School for all children and teens begins at 10:45am and runs in conjuction with our second worship service.
Sunday evenings is our kids' and teens' high-energy fellowship and teaching time. Kids Connection (PreK-5th grade) and Surge (6th-8th grade) meet Sunday evenings during the school year. Our high schoolers (9th-12th grade) gather Wednesday evenings during the school year for Fuel, their large-group fellowship and worship time.
